Hail up to 1 inch in diameter fell north of Belzoni.

October 23, 2004 · 2.5″ (tennis ball)

An intensifying supercell thunderstorm moved across central Humphreys county and began dropping tennis ball sized hail around Honey Island in the Yazoo River bottom. This storm continued east into west-central Holmes county.

May 2, 1997 · 2.75″ (baseball)

Baseball size hail broke out the windows of a car dealership and damage numerous cars.
