Hail as large as 2.0 inches fell across the area.

April 6, 2005 · 2.75″ (baseball)

A large supercell thunderstorm moved out of northern Walthall county and tracked across the southern portion of Lawrence county. This storm produced a swath of golf ball to baseball sized hail as it moved NE into West-Central Jefferson Davis county.
